I like your blog, it’s got lots of good resources in one place.
Those are some good stretching tips. Sometimes it seems to me that our collective knowledge of stretching techniques is far below that of other types of athletic training. It’s so hard to get simple answers like how many sets, how long to hold a stretch, how often to stretch, static or dynamic? Every time I get answers they’re different.
I kind of just stretch under the assumption that something is better than nothing. But I’d love to find the definitive authoritarian guide on stretching.
